Idola: Phantasy Star Saga ( Upcoming Android Game )

Idola: Phantasy Star Saga

In four years, the Phantasy Star role-playing franchise hasn't seen a new game, but this time for smartphones, Sega is bringing it back. Idola, like earlier games in the series, will be a turn-based RPG. It will also use a random reward system in the gacha-style popular on the mobile RPG market in Asia. The name of the idol actually refers to the story's monstrous antagonists. The heroic Aries Knights led by the main protagonist Stella and Yuri, an orphan boy who joins the Aries Knights as a new recruit, will be opposing the evil Idola. Idola: Phantasy Star Saga is made by the developers behind the Valkyria Chronicles and Phantasy Star Online series, according to Sega's official announcement. Pre-registration is currently only available for the Japanese release, but players around the world can whet their appetite by free trial of the classic Phantasy Star II.
